Carter's Farm

Carter’s Farm comprises a set of redundant farm buildings, including a Grade II listed barn in a poor state of repair. The barn will be restored, the old cowshed will be converted into a single dwelling, together with very limited office use in another building, and will provide living and working premises for one family.

The property will be sold prior to development to generate much needed capital for the Estate to invest in Pylewell Mill.
