Carter's Farm

An offer has been made and accepted by the Estate to sell Carter's Farm buildings.

Carter's Farm comprises a redundant set of farm buildings, including a Grade II listed barn in a poor state of repair. Planning permission for the restoration of the listed barn, conversion of the old cowshed to a single dwelling together with limited office use in another building was recently granted as enabling development to crossfund Pylewell Mill's restoration.

The sale is being handled by Symonds & Sampson of Salisbury.
