Pylewell Mill

Planning permission was granted for the work on Pylewell Mill in February 2008. Work started in 2009 to tackle the years of neglect and to turn the building into a prestigious office development that preserves and enhances it and adds to it through strong, simple construction, suitable for its new use.

The building is now wind and weather tight and the first office suite is now being completed and fitted out. An impressive atrium has been constructed to create an eye-catching reception area for the offices.

The next stage will involve the fitting out of the rest of the office space, to an exceptionally high standard, to make up to eight suites in total.

Commercial property specialists Savills in Southampton have been retained to market the building and details are available here.

By establishing these offices in South Baddesley, businesses will be able to create high quality, sustainable, local jobs for people living in the area.
